Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver personalized services to individuals and families, targeting emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning and revise discharge plans as necessary to best meet client goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting approaches based on the unique treatment plans designed for each client.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of therapeutic services rendered, adhering to professional standards within the organization.

• Manage an active caseload of clients, ensuring the timely revision of treatment plans when needed, and coordinate additional services to support client care.

• Engage in regular treatment team meetings with colleagues to collaborate on patient care and share best practices.

• Exhibit a consistently positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families, addressing concerns promptly and aiming for resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
