This position operates within a remote working environment, allowing you the flexibility and comfort to perform your duties from a location of your choice. While you will primarily engage with clients through teletherapy, our robust outpatient office provides additional support and resources as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Thoroughly assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique situations and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and develop safety plans for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Engage in continuous evaluation of treatment effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including those facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our client demographic ranges from young adults to elderly individuals, each presenting unique psychological needs which you will help navigate. With an emphasis on cultural competence, you will adapt your therapeutic approaches to suit the varied backgrounds and experiences of each client, fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
