Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments to understand the individual mental health concerns of clients. This includes performing clinical evaluations and formulating accurate diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, group sessions, and family therapy, ensuring the delivery of practice-oriented and effective interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention and management for clients facing acute mental health challenges, employing appropriate strategies to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records aligned with ethical standards, incorporating treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment findings into our client management system.

• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams, partnering with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive client support.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
