Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure video conferencing technology, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to open communication.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations, tailoring treatment plans to address specific challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to support clients' mental health goals and monitor their progress.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and share best practices for treatment.

• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with developments in mental health practices.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, including individuals experiencing acute and chronic mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a clinical or community health setting.

• Demonstrated experience conducting virtual therapy sessions using robust videoconferencing platforms.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients effectively.

• Ability to work independently while effectively managing your schedule and caseload.

• Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
