Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, providing you with flexible opportunities to engage with clients effectively from the comfort of your own dedicated workspace. While primarily working remotely, you may occasionally be required to travel between regional programs to participate in collaborative team meetings or to provide in-person services as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessments within one business day of a client’s admission, encompassing both parent and resident components.
\n
• Establish therapeutic rapport by meeting with clients within the first 24 hours of their admission, facilitating a trusting relationship right from the start.
\n
• Develop a Comprehensive Treatment Plan and Integrated Treatment Summary within the first three days following admission to ensure a structured approach to care.
\n
• Identify and document weekly treatment goals tailored to each client's specific needs, and formulate contracts to establish accountability and structure.
\n
• Write and facilitate Discharge Summaries that reflect the client’s progress and readiness to transition out of the treatment program.
\n
• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients three times weekly to provide focused therapeutic interventions that drive progress toward treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate at least one conjoint family psychotherapy session per week to engage family members directly in the healing process.
\n
• Lead professional groups and Multifamily/Alumni groups as assigned, encouraging community support and further engagement in the treatment process.
\n
• Interface with insurance companies, providing the necessary clinical information to secure initial certifications and ongoing stay approvals.
\n
• Maintain open communication with family members, ensuring they are appropriately involved in the therapeutic process and informed about their loved ones' journeys.

The clients served by Renovate Family Counseling Center include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including dual diagnosis, eating disorders, and issues related to chemical dependency. As an LMHC, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing you to apply your expertise in a manner that respects cultural differences and promotes inclusivity. Your role is crucial in empowering clients to navigate their personal struggles and achieve lasting recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State is mandatory; registered interns will also be considered under the supervision of a licensed practitioner.

• Prior experience—at least one year—in acute care or residential treatment settings or closely related fields.
\n
• A strong understanding of the therapeutic process, professional ethics, and confidentiality laws is essential for success in this role.

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to effectively work with clients, families, and team members across various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in group therapy facilitation and family therapy is highly valued.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to dual diagnosis and addiction treatment further enhances your candidacy.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 71,000 and 102,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
