Marketing Professional for AI Model Evaluation [Remote]

Apply senior marketing experience to design, produce, and evaluate professional marketing materials that will be used to train and assess next-generation AI models. This contract role focuses on real-world marketing workflows for enterprise settings, creating gold-standard deliverables and precise evaluation rubrics so models learn to produce boardroom-ready content. No prior AI experience is required, domain expertise and marketing judgment are what matter.

• Design project tasks that simulate real-world marketing workflows, including campaign planning, brand reviews, and launch material development for enterprise audiences.
• Craft gold-standard marketing deliverables, such as campaign briefs, brand decks, launch narratives, and executive marketing readouts, reflecting senior-level quality.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for alignment with brand voice, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence.
• Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish high-impact, boardroom-ready materials from generic outputs and ensure rubric fidelity.
• Identify and document specific failure modes in marketing communications, for example weak positioning, tonal drift, or lack of differentiation.
• Collaborate with project leaders to refine task guidelines and assessment criteria.
• Generate actionable feedback and data to help improve model performance on marketing use cases.

• Required skills: brand voice, strategic writing, deck craft, and strict adherence to rubrics.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience for Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands is preferred.
• Proven ownership of campaign decks, brand narratives, or launch materials.
• Expert-level mastery of strategic marketing frameworks, for example brand positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market narrative.
• Superior written and verbal communication, with demonstrated control of brand voice and executive-level presentation standards.
• Experience developing or evaluating marketing deliverables intended for C-suite or senior leadership audiences.
• Master''s degree preferred; MBA is a significant asset.
• Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, with a strong commitment to rubric fidelity and deliverable excellence.
• No prior AI experience required; domain marketing expertise is the primary qualification.
