Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and facilitate referrals to community-based services as necessary.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account factors such as trauma history, substance use, and psychosocial stressors.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health conditions, while actively collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient medical histories, assessments, treatment interventions, and progress notes in compliance with established clinical standards and legal requirements.

• Remain engaged in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry best practices and emerging therapeutic modalities.

• Educate team members about clients’ psychosocial stressors and treatment needs to enhance collective understanding for improved care coordination.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling services, particularly to a diverse client base, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
