Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work with access to our outpatient office located in Rye, New York. Our supportive work culture promotes continuous learning and professional growth, with communication channels open across our entire team. We operate from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing our counselors flexible scheduling options to meet their personal and professional needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' unique treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Engage in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work collaboratively with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and trust as you guide them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical mental health practices and standards.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
