Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in our patients’ mental health journeys. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting live video therapy sessions with individual adults on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborating with other psychiatric providers and counselors to ensure comprehensive treatment planning and execution, encouraging an integrated approach to care.

• Utilizing symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to regularly monitor patients' well-being and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individual adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To be qualified for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full and unrestricted license to practice mental health counseling, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient abilities in professional evaluations, decision-making, and treatment planning.

• Strong interpersonal skills exhibiting empathy and understanding.

• Computer proficiency for engaging with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.

• Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses or any history of disciplinary action will not be considered.
