This role will be conducted remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring clients receive timely and effective care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring the highest level of clinical care for all patients.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish client needs, develop treatment goals, and create personalized care plans.

• Utilize advanced clinical skills to address crisis situations and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each individual.

• Regularly track and document patient progress through detailed treatment logs and progress notes, making necessary adjustments to the care plans as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele facing various psychological needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral health challenges. By providing personalized counseling services for individuals, families, and groups, you will play a key role in addressing the mental health crises affecting individuals in our community.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required. Candidates with a Master's or Ph.D. in Health Professions will be prioritized.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessing and counseling patients.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Ideal candidates will have a solid background in utilizing telehealth methodologies and a familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience providing therapy to underrepresented populations or individuals in crisis is advantageous.
