Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each client.

• Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions targeting a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support and comprehensive care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele navigating various mental health issues, including but not limited to stress management, personal trauma, emotional regulation, and relationship difficulties. By employing empathetic listening and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will help clients build resilience and develop coping strategies that lead to positive life changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in the state of Arizona (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT). This is essential for providing professional mental health services.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with individuals facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous, as it aids in the documentation and tracking of client progress and treatment plans.

• Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
