Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Monitor progress and outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure service effectiveness.

• Provide family-centered support by informing, empowering, and coaching parents and caregivers on child development strategies.

• Employ Natural Learning Environment Practices to tailor interventions to the individual learning styles of children.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, maintaining high standards of safety and ethics within the practice.

• Develop strong, trusting relationships with children and families to create a supportive learning environment.

• Utilize digital tools and telehealth platforms for service delivery while documenting progress and outcomes proficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on providing early intervention services to young children—ranging from infants to toddlers—who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Your work will greatly impact these families, offering them the resources and skills they need to navigate challenges and enhance their child's learning and development. By establishing a trusting relationship with both the child and the family, you will facilitate the child's growth across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A current driver's license, capable of transporting yourself to service locations as needed.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, families, and external partners.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
