Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects treatment progress and client interactions.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by working alongside psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and stay current with emerging trends in mental health research and treatment approaches.

• Manage a caseload based on experience and client availability, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments to treatment as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will be working primarily with clients who have limited access to mental health services. This includes individuals and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
