Work Environment

Our clinic features a supportive and dynamic team of healthcare professionals who work together to create a welcoming environment for our patients. The clinic operates on-site, allowing therapists to engage directly with patients in a spacious and well-equipped treatment area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life approach that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to adult patients, focusing on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement various therapeutic modalities, hands-on techniques, and evidence-based therapeutic exercises, integrating education on self-management strategies for patients.
• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical doctors (MDs), occupational therapists (OTs), chiropractors (DCs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs), ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using the CureMD electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult patients aged 40 to 65, many of whom are experiencing musculoskeletal issues due to aging, lifestyle, or occupational factors. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will develop rapport and trust with patients, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planning is essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• While outpatient experience is preferred, it is not required. We value strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
