Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations, which may involve creating behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all interventions and treatment progress promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to accurately evaluate client needs and inform treatment processes.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the overall operational integrity of the organization.
\n
• Act as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to advocate for client needs and facilitate access to essential resources.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to align with contract standards and advance the mission of Alvita Counseling Center within the community.
\n
• Forge and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify and secure new partnerships, funding opportunities, and promote our programs.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending conferences and training sessions, addressing community groups, and representing the organization at meetings and task forces.
\n
• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophies in all client interactions and organizational initiatives.
\n
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals and client needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
