Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual consultations and assessments using secure video chat platforms, ensuring ethical and professional standards are maintained.

• Monitor and document client progress through a streamlined, low-paperwork process to enhance operational efficiency and minimize administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to employ therapeutic techniques that focus on stabilization and empowerment, helping clients navigate through everyday challenges such as anxiety, stress management, and interpersonal relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, with independent authority to practice without supervision.

• Attractive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
