Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be primarily with young adults aged 18 to 30, navigating various mental health challenges, including mood disorders. Our outpatient treatment programs are designed to offer evidence-based and holistic care, facilitating personal growth and resilience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license is required.

• Proven experience in mental health treatment, specifically with clients experiencing mood disorders in outpatient settings.

• A collaborative approach to teamwork, demonstrating passion for fostering positive change within the community.

• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as effective documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and treatment planning can be an asset, as well as prior involvement in multidisciplinary team settings. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
