Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic counseling and case management to clients as per organizational standards and program needs, ensuring adherence to all billing expectations and federal regulations.

• Engage in effective communication practices by modeling our organization's mission and core values in all interactions, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues alike.

• Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training sessions, contributing insights for program development and improvement, and keeping updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Collaborate seamlessly with internal programs, clinical/support staff, and external partners—including schools and community organizations—to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Complete initial assessments and maintain detailed and accurate documentation, obtaining necessary client information and linking individuals and families to relevant resources within the community.

• May participate in an on-call rotation, responding to after-hours calls, and may be required to obtain LPS designation based on program demands.

• Display sensitivity to the diverse cultural and linguistic needs of clients, ensuring every service provided respects their backgrounds.

• Uphold a consistent attendance record and reliable work ethic, demonstrating commitment to client care and team collaboration.

Qualifications\n
