Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license recognized by the state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW); limited/provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong ability to evaluate client needs and develop customized treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools and client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting or with diverse client populations.
