Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a collaborative team culture. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, encouraging a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, measurable goals that align with their personal growth and recovery aspirations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and management strategies, aiming to enhance understanding and foster a supportive home environment.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with medical professionals and other therapists to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest industry advancements and best practices by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family resolve issues. Our practice serves a diverse population, allowing you to work with clients from various backgrounds, each needing tailored support and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure in the State of New York (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in both interpersonal communication and technological tools necessary for effective remote practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery methods is highly desirable.
