Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to promote personal growth and recovery.

• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals while regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions, ensuring all clients have access to the support they need, regardless of location or mobility challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of clients facing various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n
