Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, including interviews and diagnostic evaluations, to understand each client's mental health needs and establish a tailored treatment plan.

• Provide evidence-based individual counseling sessions, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic models to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial concerns.

• Facilitate therapy groups and wellness workshops that tackle mental health topics relevant to our client population, such as stress management techniques and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including medical professionals, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive support network for our clients.

• Lead outreach initiatives and prevention campaigns within the community to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote available services.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation supports clinical assessments and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will engage with a diverse range of clients from the Dedham area, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, while a Master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• Proven understanding of the mental health challenges commonly faced by a diverse client base, including psychological distress and trauma.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients, as well as establishing collaborative partnerships with colleagues.
