Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to identify client needs and inform treatment planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities appropriate for each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques to empower clients in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.

• Create and lead psychoeducational groups to enhance community support and provide essential knowledge on mental health topics.

• In emergencies, deliver crisis intervention services, ensuring rapid response and support for clients in acute distress.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can further support their journey toward recovery.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid, current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
