Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to address an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

• Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and needs, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating case reviews and consultations when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records, utilizing leading mental health software systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and continuous educational opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy and to fulfill licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
