Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly monitor client outcomes in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Educate families on strategies and resources to enhance their child's developmental journey while utilizing a coaching model to provide ongoing support.

• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations relevant to your practice and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and their families, especially those from marginalized backgrounds seeking early intervention services. You will be expected to navigate cultural sensitivities and tailor your practices to meet various learning styles, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
