Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to screen, evaluate, and diagnose mental health disorders, followed by developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy sessions for individuals, children, and families, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and psychoeducation.

• Take part in clinical supervision with a focus on quality assurance and personal professional development; attend at least two hours of individual or group supervision monthly.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and evaluations in an efficient manner using electronic medical record systems.

• Engage actively with families and support networks, fostering collaborations among schools, childcare providers, and other affiliated agencies to create multi-systemic support.

• Coordinate and facilitate group therapies aimed at psychoeducation and enhancing interpersonal skills among participants.

• Incorporate Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) principles into all aspects of practice.

• Continuously pursue professional development opportunities by engaging in training and continuing education units (CEUs) required to maintain licensure and improve treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
