Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint clients' mental health challenges, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and well-formulated treatment plans.

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, adjusting your approach according to the specific goals and circumstances of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for patients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and facilitating access to appropriate resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, carefully documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with ethical and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, in order to create a comprehensive care plan for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, advocating for their needs and connecting them with community resources as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and relevant educational pursuits to enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Culture of Care Counseling Services, you will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds and with diverse mental health concerns. Your clients may range from children and adolescents facing developmental challenges to adults navigating life transitions or managing chronic mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
