FinTech Strategic Accounts Lead

Plaid, based in New York, is seeking an experienced account manager to oversee relationships with our strategic Fintech customers. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on growing existing accounts while identifying new upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong account management experience, technical curiosity, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. As a part of the Account Management team, you will act as a bridge between clients and our product teams, ensuring successful integrations and ongoing support.
