AMA | Medical Assistant - Front Office Adult & Pediatric Care

Job Summary: Join a dedicated healthcare team providing primary care and patient management in a supportive administrative role. Your daily tasks will adapt to the evolving needs of the practice, ensuring smooth front office operations. Essential Responsibilities: 1. Exhibit strong computer proficiency. 2. Provide courteous telephone communication to patients, visitors, and colleagues. 3. Operate all front office equipment efficiently. 4. Maintain medical records in compliance with established policies. 5. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy. 6. Collect patient payments and prepare deposits correctly. 7. Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information. 8. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education and Experience Required: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program is essential. This position offers a full-time schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, serving a regional community in the Midwest United States. MLee Medical Employment
