Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine patients' mental health status and treatment needs through telehealth sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide regular counseling sessions, both individual and group therapy, utilizing techniques that promote client engagement and empowerment.

• Work closely with clients to equip them with coping strategies, self-care techniques, and resources to facilitate their mental health journeys.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure holistic care and appropriate referrals as necessary.

• Documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Centuria, you will work with a diverse population, including adolescents and adults from various cultural backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges. Your expertise will help address specific needs related to substance abuse, trauma, family dynamics, and major depressive disorders, among others.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent in the state of Colorado is essential.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing mental health counseling services is required.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
