Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting that fosters flexibility and work-life balance. While our therapists primarily work from their home offices, they remain connected with a collaborative team that meets regularly to share insights and provide support. Although our standard hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, flexibility will be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patient needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, thereby creating effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, helping patients navigate through mental health emergencies with sensitivity and expertise.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

• Engage in case consultations, contribute to team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments within the mental health field to enhance therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, grappling with various mental health challenges. Therapists will encounter patients from distinct backgrounds and with unique life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment strategies.

• Demonstrable experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport with patients and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Strong ethical judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries consistently.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
\n
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
