Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and evaluations to establish tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support clients, either in individual, group, or family settings.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation that complies with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions are properly recorded in accordance with agency policies.

Qualifications\n
