Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gauge client needs, utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, including: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each intervention aligns with the client’s unique circumstances and preferences for effective outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring up-to-date documentation that reflects the clients’ progress.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to collectively enhance treatment approaches and resolve complex cases.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
