Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss stability, and coordinate upcoming appointments and discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment interventions.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adjusting methodologies to fit the diverse needs of the youth population.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to refine clinical skills and receive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily focus on youth clients, many of whom may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma history, or behavioral issues. You will play an essential role in creating a therapeutic environment that fosters safety, trust, and healing, tailored specifically to meet the emotional and psychological needs of adolescents and young adults.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
