Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Brave Mind Mental Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular assessments of clients to accurately identify their needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

• Facilitate effective communication among interdisciplinary team members, including supervisors and ancillary staff, to provide updates on client progress and ensure continuity of care.

• Draft and share a structured plan for managing appointments, home visits, and observation sessions to track each client's progress.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits when necessary to perform in-home observations, chart reviews, and interviews with clients and their guardians.

• Ensure that the clinic's program strategies are applied appropriately and monitor compliance with treatment protocols.

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on client management strategies.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly client progress reports to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

• Lead training and professional development sessions for team members to enhance program execution and documentation skills.

• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to ensure ongoing compliance with individualized treatment plans and address emerging client needs.

• Maintain accurate and accessible client records to support treatment continuity and quality care.

• Act as a liaison between the mental health community and the public to aid individuals in achieving their developmental goals.

Qualifications\n
