Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients develop coping skills, improve relationships, and foster emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to create a comprehensive support network for clients.
\n
• Research and advocate for community resources, such as housing assistance, financial aid, and wellness programs, to enhance clients' quality of life.

• Document all interactions and treatment processes accurately using our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing issues related to substance abuse and mental health disparities, including depression, anxiety, and trauma. Our diverse client population includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each bringing their unique challenges and strengths. Your expertise in navigating relational dynamics will be vital in fostering meaningful therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and appropriate license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication skills and an empathetic approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or other trauma-informed care approaches is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
