In this full-time clinical role, you will provide counseling services to patients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you to manage your workspace while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to mental health excellence. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Our team utilizes an online platform for regular meetings and collaboration, ensuring that you feel connected to your colleagues and supported in your role.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments that evaluate patients' emotional and psychological needs, leading to personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their mental health goals.

• Lead support and psychoeducational groups that foster community and understanding among patients facing similar mental health challenges.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services for urgent mental health situations, helping to de-escalate and stabilize patients in need.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in case consultations, peer reviews, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay current with the latest in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Willow Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, offering support to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and age groups. Many of our patients are facing serious mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Your role as a therapist will directly influence their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Experience in performing comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Proven capability in delivering both individual and group therapy across diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and rapport with patients.

• Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Competence in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and a variety of software applications.
