Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve clients in hospice care, many of whom are experiencing complex emotional responses related to terminal diagnoses. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by end-of-life patients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
