Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to gather crucial information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and circumstances of each client, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness approaches to foster personal growth.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to ensure alignment with treatment objectives.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who face geographical or accessibility barriers, maintaining a high standard of care through effective virtual communication platforms.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, adhering to ethical and professional standards to uphold the integrity of client records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer consultations, enhancing skills and staying updated on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Our patient population includes individuals from different backgrounds and age groups, requiring culturally competent care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.

• A non-judgmental and compassionate approach to emotional and psychological support.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads and therapy sessions efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in diverse therapeutic settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities will be beneficial. Experience with telehealth practices is also a plus, given our remote therapy options.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a strong salary structure, we provide:
