Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students diagnosed with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders through teletherapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and community resources to create and implement personalized care plans that include evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct routine screenings and assessments to identify student needs, ensuring that interventions are developmentally appropriate and effective.

• Coordinate care with teachers and administrators to enhance educational support structures for at-risk students.

• Manage a diverse caseload, delivering individual, group, and family therapy aimed at fostering resilience and recovery among students.

• Maintain professional ethical standards and adhere to organizational policies while documenting clinical activities and treatment outcomes in timely reports.

• Engage in on-call support during and after program hours when required, ensuring consistent availability for students in crisis.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and supervision to improve clinical skills and service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
