This position is 100% remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. You will receive comprehensive training on our electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling you to document therapy sessions accurately and manage patient information securely. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for incoming patients to identify individual needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other relevant techniques tailored to each client's requirements.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that focus on specific mental health issues, providing clients with community support resources.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, demonstrating quick assessment skills and decision-making under pressure.

• Educate clients about various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.

• Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, experiences, and strategies for effective patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our approach emphasizes individualized support, allowing you to tailor your methodologies to effectively meet the unique needs and circumstances of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; however, preference will be given to candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
\n
• Solid understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective, measurable treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering therapy services to individuals and groups across various demographic backgrounds.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with EHR software and telehealth technology to support remote therapy sessions.

• Proficient in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care initiatives.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of full-time experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient mental health care.

• Experience implementing group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops with measurable outcomes.

• Previous experience with telehealth services is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
