Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver timely short-term counseling and crisis intervention services via video conferencing, helping patients address various mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health issues pertinent to hospital patients, particularly anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

• Strong communication skills that facilitate effective engagement with patients and collaboration with a diverse healthcare team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other effective models suited for telehealth environments.

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
