Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop diagnostic assessments tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting clients with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance addiction, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as support groups aimed at specific challenges like grief, anxiety, or addiction recovery, empowering participants through shared experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear objectives and measurable goals, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Respond to crisis situations by conducting risk assessments and providing immediate support, ensuring safety through coordinated intervention plans.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
