You will be supported by a comprehensive administrative team that will manage your scheduling and insurance participation, allowing you to focus solely on your clinical work. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, providing clients with accessibility and convenience in seeking support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, employing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions tailored to meet client-specific needs.

• Execute detailed triage care plans following assessments, ensuring clients are directed to appropriate services and interventions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication during patient rounds and meetings, documenting all assessments and interventions to maintain comprehensive care records.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), enhancing client engagement according to their individualized service plans.

• Provide case management for your assigned patients, liaising with hospital and community professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Uphold ethical documentation standards, completing progress notes and necessary paperwork in a timely and professional manner.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your role is to provide tailored support that addresses both immediate and long-term needs, fostering resilience and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Applicants should be prepared to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on patient demand and personal availability.

Compensation and Benefits\n
