This position allows for a flexible and remote work setting, enabling you to provide high-quality care in a telehealth format. As part of a telehealth team, you will receive training and ongoing support in using our electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling seamless patient management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for patients to determine their mental health status and identify the most effective therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient-specific needs.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular virtual sessions, offering guidance and support to empower them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Monitor patient progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary, and documenting all interactions within our EHR systems.

• Provide appropriate referrals to psychiatrists or additional healthcare providers when integrated care is necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your experience with diverse patient groups will enable you to address unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences, fostering an inclusive environment that respects and values individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a clinical setting, working with various mental health disorders.

• A thorough understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to providing culturally competent care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build a therapeutic rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Proven crisis intervention skills with an ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.

• Proficiency in navigating electronic health records (EHR) and relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates who have extensive experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, utilizing a variety of culturally responsive methodologies. Experience in telehealth counseling is also a significant asset, allowing for a smoother transition into our remote practice. Candidates with specific skills in trauma-informed care or behavioral therapy will be highly regarded.
