Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, mobility limitations, and therapeutic needs in their home environment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, hands-on therapy, and adaptive equipment.
• Implement treatment plans effectively, employing a range of modalities such as stretching maneuvers, strength training, and pain management techniques.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on patient responses.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and the use of assistive devices, such as walkers and wheelchairs, to promote independence and safety.
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
• Stay abreast of best practices and advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, pursuing continuing education opportunities, and engaging with professional networks.

Qualifications
