This role focuses on providing specialized outpatient mental health services to children and adolescents. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents who experience a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a focus on child and adolescent mental health.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders that affect children and adolescents, alongside familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is required, candidates with additional experience in school-based services, family therapy frameworks, or specific therapeutic approaches will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n
