Senior Business Development Manager
ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Facilities & Maintenance solutions within the Sales & Business Development team. You will develop and execute regional go to market strategies, build and manage a robust pipeline, and close multi-site janitorial, engineering, and integrated facility services contracts. Partnering with operations, you'll lead solution design, proposals, and pricing, negotiate complex agreements, and cultivate executive relationships. This role also mentors junior sellers, analyzes market trends, and represents ABM at industry events to expand our footprint in key verticals nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategy for facilities & maintenance services
- Identify, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of target accounts
- Lead solution design, proposals, and pricing with operations and finance teams
- Prepare and deliver persuasive client presentations and RFP responses
- Negotiate complex, multi-year contracts with executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain C-level and senior decision-maker relationships
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful service launch and client satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine go-to-market approach
- Represent ABM at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Mentor and coach junior sales and business development staff
