The Ace Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our onsite team in Immokalee, Florida. This full-time role requires a comprehensive understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation, where you will play an essential part in assisting patients to regain mobility and achieve their optimal performance. Work Environment

Your work setting will be within our vibrant 5000 square foot sports medicine facility, where you will collaborate with a team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The environment is supportive and dynamic, focused on providing tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of our diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities

• Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized rehabilitation plans based on their specific goals and physical capabilities.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing one-on-one physical therapy sessions while ensuring individualized attention, with the aim of treating one patient per hour.
• Deliver cost-effective and evidence-based treatment solutions aimed at improving range of motion, enhancing mobility, and advancing recovery times.
• Employ diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to reduce medication dependency and delay the need for surgical interventions.
• Develop and implement fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient, encouraging lifestyle changes that enhance overall health and functional mobility.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to track progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Foster an encouraging environment, motivating patients to remain engaged and proactive in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care pathways for our patients.
• Utilize WebPT Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software for patient management, documenting treatments, and tracking patient progress.
• Provide continuous education to patients regarding best practices in physical health, injury prevention, and post-rehabilitation exercise routines.

The Ace Orthopedic Rehabilitation Center primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, striving to meet the needs of individuals overcoming various orthopedic injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-operative care. Our client base includes athletes seeking to enhance their physical performance, as well as everyday individuals looking to improve their mobility and quality of life through targeted rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions from any professional board.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and the ability to develop individualized exercise protocols based on patient needs.
• Familiarity with WebPT or similar EMR systems for effective patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly preferred, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported and respected during their rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on your skills and contribution to our team.
