Urban Movement Rehab & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Immokalee, Florida. The work setting is primarily onsite at our vibrant Rehabilitation Center in Immokalee, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify specific objectives and tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Manage a caseload effectively, providing one-on-one sessions designed to achieve individual patient goals.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions that enhance range of motion, mobility, and reduce pain.
• Develop holistic care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Motivate and educate patients about their rehabilitation process and the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Foster a supportive therapeutic environment that prioritizes patient safety and well-being during all stages of recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We serve patients with private medical insurance, focusing on delivering personalized care to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence. Your role will directly impact their recovery journey, cultivating a positive therapeutic relationship that encourages engagement and success in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A professional record free from any board or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic physical therapy practices and manual therapy techniques.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing individualized exercise protocols for patients.
• Familiarity with using electronic medical record (EMR) software, such as WebPT, for efficient patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, managing a diverse patient caseload.
• Proven track record of successfully employing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Experience in designing customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
